CICan-VAC WIL Project

posted on April 12, 2019

Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) has contracted Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) to develop a pan-Canadian Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) program. Based on projected numbers provided by VAC, the department is facing challenges meeting current and projected staffing requirements within two of its groups of employees – Veterans Service Agents (VSA) and Case Managers (CM). CICan through its college, cégep and polytechnic member institutions will develop a solution for VAC’s staffing issue.

CICan requires the services of a consultant to share expert advice and to provide writing services during Phase I and Phase II of the CICan-VAC WIL Program project for a total value of $59,000. See attached document for details.

Your proposal must be sent to the CICan office no later than Friday, April 19, 2019, before 5:00 p.m. DST via e-mail to Brian Carriere, Senior Program Officer, Canadian Partnerships: Please indicate CICan-VAC WIL Program in the subject line of your email.
