Congratulations to CEWIL Canada's Two New Board Members(WIL Directors-at-Large)
As you likely know, the CEWIL Canada board and membership have worked over the past year toward expanding CEWIL Canada's mandate to include other forms of work-integrated learning. At the recent AGM on November 15, the membership overwhelmingly approved the mandate to “expand the objects of the corporation to include work-integrated learning”. Also, the membership approved an exciting name change from CAFCE to Co-operative Education & Work-Integrated Learning Canada (CEWIL Canada). The positions will start in January 2018 and continuing to the 2018 AGM in October 2018
It is our pleasure to inform you of the newly elected Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Director-at-Large members of the CEWIL Canada Board:
- Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) College Director-at-Large - Matthew Rempel, Sheridan College
- Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) University Director-at-Large - Cara Krezek (Boese), Brock University
Please join me in congratulating all of the nominated candidates for their participation in the CEWIL Canada election. We are grateful for their ongoing contributions to the association’s mission to foster and advance post-secondary Co-operative Education and Work-Integrated Learning in Canada.
